🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At GearShift Garage Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.


✅ Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns or refunds only for the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item did not arrive within 60 days from the date of shipment (for PH orders).


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or wrong size/color ordered.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Unclaimed parcels.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues beyond our control.

  • Sale, promo, and clearance items.


📋 Return/Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Send us clear photos or videos showing the defect or wrong item.

  3. Once reviewed, we will:

    • Process a refund, OR

    • Arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no extra cost.

Note: In most cases, items don’t need to be physically returned, as per our supplier’s policy.


💰 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, or PayPal), depending on what was used at checkout.

Processing time:

  • GearShift Garage review: 1–3 business days

  • Bank/GCash/PayPal processing: 3–7 business days (depending on provider)


📦 Late or Missing Refunds
