At GearShift Garage Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept returns or refunds only for the following cases:

You received a defective or damaged product.

You received the wrong item.

Your item did not arrive within 60 days from the date of shipment (for PH orders).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

Change of mind or wrong size/color ordered.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Unclaimed parcels.
-
Delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues beyond our control.

Sale, promo, and clearance items.
📋 Return/Refund Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Send us clear photos or videos showing the defect or wrong item.

Once reviewed, we will:

Process a refund, OR
-
Arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no extra cost.

Note: In most cases, items don’t need to be physically returned, as per our supplier’s policy.
💰 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, or PayPal), depending on what was used at checkout.
Processing time:

GearShift Garage review: 1–3 business days

Bank/GCash/PayPal processing: 3–7 business days (depending on provider)
📦 Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received after 7 business days, please:

Check your bank/GCash/PayPal account.
